Most of these services are provided at no extra cost as part of our standard support. These services are backed by over seventeen years of focused work with cross-organizational and community systems. Hosting Services. MetSYS, Inc. provides its Software-as-a- Service [SAAS]. For a monthly fee, we can provide hosting services to run your system and provide access to your users via the internet. Planning and Implementation. We provide a full array of consulting services to support your planning and implementation activities. Custom Configuration and Modules. If our end-user customization tools cannot meet your needs, it is possible to arrange for the development of special modules and features to meet unique requirements. Special arrangements can also be made for MetSYS to use end-user customization tools to configure your system. Data Conversion and Exchange. Arrangements can be made to develop data conversion and exchange routines that allow you to automatically import and export data to and from existing MIS. Training and Workshops. MetSYS, Inc. offers a full array of training: Phone Support. Phone support is available to all registered users during business hours, and during extended hours by special arrangement. On-Site Support. On-site support can be arranged for system installation and troubleshooting, "Turnkey" systems can be purchased with preconfigured hardware. Manuals and On-Line Help. We provide built-in "Help" and a comprehensive set of regularly updated manuals. Ongoing Upgrades. MetSYS, Inc. is constantly refining and upgrading MetSYS in response to the suggestions of users. These upgrades are available at no cost to customers with active service contracts or hosting services. MetSYS WEB Site. A MetSYS WEB Site provides sales and service support. Workshops. Regular workshops are scheduled in locations accessible to users. Site-Based Training. Special workshops can be arranged for specific dates and locations. One-to-one and small group training is also possible. System Manager Training. Special training is available for persons selected to be systems managers for organizations and communities. Remote Training. It is also possible to arrange interactive training sessions over the internet.
