With MetSYS, your options for system customization are efficient, extensive, readily avail-able and inexpensive.

End-User Customizability

MetEnterprise has powerful tools that make it easy for end-users to make system customizations. These tools can be used to customize MetEnterprise, MetLITE and MetLINK.

Some of the most important of these customization tools include:

Adjustable Interfaces User-Custom-izable Screens and Sub-Systems User Defined and New Fields Picklist Editor End-User Defined Validity Checks Ability to Select and Display Only Needed Features and Screens Templates for Memo Fields Print Manager to Designing Screen Printouts

MetSYS also has a powerful custom report generator, options to create your own eligibility filters, user-defined outcome measures, adjustable access rights and data sharing arrange-ments, user-developed data extracts and exports, and many other features for customizing your system.

A review of twenty-one leading client management systems by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD] gave MetSYS an overall rating of 4.5 for system management and adjustability. This rating was far and above nearest competitor, which received a 3.77 rating.

Customization Services

If you don’t have the time, or require advanced customization, MetSYS staff are readily available to make needed system adjustments. These customization services commonly fall into the following categories:

System Configuration. In some cases our customers prefer to have MetSYS staff use end-user customization tools to configure their systems.

Custom Development. MetSYS, Inc. is constantly working to refine and enhance our products to meet the needs of our customers. This occurs in three ways:

• Ongoing Development and Upgrades. If you have a good idea, your chances are good that we will incorporate it into our internal development plans for future upgrades.
  
• Joint Venture Development. If you have a good, but want it on your own timetable, were open to developing it as a shared cost joint venture.
  
• Contract Customization. If you have unique requirements that needs to be built into our products, we will work with you to specify and develop needed enhancements via a special customization contract.

Custom Reports. On occasion, customers request that MetSYS develop new report under contract. As in the case of custom development, our staff will work with you to product the reports you need.

In most cases, you will be able to adjust your system to the diverse and unique needs of your users. In cases where this is not feasible, arrangements can be made to have MetSYS staff make needed custom adjustments.
