MetSYS combines comprehensive functionality with an intuitive interface and options to streamline features to meet different types of user needs.

Usability is one of our most important goals and achievements. Every part of MetSYS has been designed for user-friendliness. Our graphic interface is built around a navigation design that always lets you know where you are in the system, and prompts you on what to do next.

But don’t take our word for it. In 2003, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD] reviewed twenty-one leading off-the-shelf client management products. The resulting study, HUD’s most recent HMIS Consumer Guide stated, “MetSYS is quite easy to use considering the degree of data and features included. The structure is well organized into business processes such as intake, assessment, service delivery, and follow up.”

Ease-of-use doesn’t end with our general interface. One of our most valuable ease-of-use features is TaskViews. This feature enables you to select, view, and use only the tools and features that are useful to you, and to add your own custom screens in the order you wish among standard MetSYS tools. You can create as many different TaskViews as you like, and assign them as the default interfaces to different user groups and organizations.
