MetLINK combines speed, simplicity, robust search and tools, and other features to provide a dedicated information and referral [I&R] application for 211, 311 and similar services:

MetLINK has been designed to work as a stand-alone application, or as a fully integrated component with MetEnterprise and MetLITE.

As a stand-along application, MetLINK provides search tools designed to combine speed and simplicity with power. The semi-automatic query tools identify relevant AIRS Taxonomies and allow service searches on the basis of multiple Taxonomies and other search parameters. Search results can be sorted and filtered to quickly identify the most appropriate services for client needs, and rapidly display contact and detailed information.

When used with with MetEnterprise and MetLITE, staff can quickly move contacts to full client management and integrate service referrals and placements with a common database f service information.

MetLINK is supported by the same features and capacities behind MetEnterprise can also be assigned to MetLITE. These include cross-organization data sharing, end-user customizability, powerful security and privacy protections, options for data conversion and exchange, comprehensive and adjustable database, and extensive reporting tools.
