System Management
The System Management Module provides technical staff with a well organized array of tools for managing and customizing your system.
The MetSYS System Management Module combines power and ease-of-use to deliver unparalleled tools for administering all aspects of your system.

This module has four com-ponents dealing with the major areas of system management:
- Setup. This has a variety of tools for the initial system setup, most notably powerful security features.
- Adjust. This provides a robust assortment of tools that enable non-programmers to customize the system with new fields, special screens, and many other adjustments.
- Monitor. This component has tools that enable System Administrators to track the system performance, conduct audits on user actions, review the database, prepare reports, and review other patterns of use.
- Maintain. This last component presents tools installing upgrades, optimizing the database, and other ongoing system maintenance tasks.
As noted elsewhere, a review of leading client management systems by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD] gave MetSYS an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5.0 for system management and adjustability. This rating was far and above the nearest rating of 3.7.
