Program Management
A suite of tools assist managers to plan, organize, supervise and evaluate programs.
MetSYS gives you a set of tools designed to facilitate and integrate the tasks of managing organizations and programs. The Program Management Module provides tools that empower managers to organize services and resources, and review the impacts of services on clients.
This module is organized around the four key managerial responsibilities of planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating:
- Plan. These tools enable managers to marshal information about community needs and existing services, identify service gaps, clarify available funding, and record organizational goals.
- Organize. A variety of feature assist managers to setup services, organize services into programs, make staff assignments, set parameters for expenditures, and even print service directories.
- OverSee [Supervise]. Once services are setup and staff assignments are made, managers can review participation and attendance, status of program participants, expenditures broken down by contract and other categories, and staff work loads.
- Evaluate. Robust reporting and other tools make it easy to conduct interim and seminal evaluations of program impacts and performance.
MetSYS records and integrates data in ways that that make managerial activities easier and more effective.
