Power-Users Can Access All MetSYS Tools

For users of MetEnterprise, it’s possible to access all client management tools within one intuitive interface. “Power users” requiring comprehensive functionality will find that this option meets all their needs.

The MetSYS Prime Interface organizes over thirty client management tools within four generic stages:

  • Intake. The stage provides robust tools for intake activities such as initial data collection, application, eligiblity screening, information releases, digital documentation of needs and characteristics, and creation of ID-swipe cards.

  • Assessment. The tools group under assessment collect and display information concerning client needs and goals, which can be used to develop one or more service plans.

  • Placement. Once goals are established for clients, search tools enable users to identify and review services appropriate to the client needs, and make referrals or placements into services.

  • Follow-Thru. Once clients have been placed or enrolled in services, tools in this stage track and report status, participation, costs and outcomes.

This MetSYS Prime interface makes it easy to move rapidly from tool to tool, and to find, filter and sort information about clients.
