The Client Management module records data and tracks clients as they move simultaneously and sequentially through services provided by different organizations and diverse compliance-driven programs [Homeless Assistance, Workforce Investment Act, Vocational Rehabilitation, K-12 Education, and more].

MetSYS client management functionality is unmatched and flexible enough to meet virtually any need:

• TaskViews. Both MetEnterprise and MetLITE use TaskViews, which allow you to develop different interfaces for different users.
  
• MetSYS Prime. MetEnterprise offers a “power-user” interface called MetSYS Prime. This interface provides access to all client management tools within the context of universal client management stages.
  
• Case Records. MetSYS manages clients at both a general and compliance level. When you need to collect data and produce reports for specific programs [i.e. HUD Homeless Assistance, WIA, WIC], you can use an unlimited number of case management sub-systems for compliance-level client management.
